SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We strive to ship out all orders as soon as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process and 3-4 business days for it to be delivered, after shipping.
You will receive tracking information via email, once your package ships.

We currently ship all of our packages with United States Postal Service (USPS). Depending on the value of your order, we may ship your package whereby a Signature is Required.
LOCAL PICKUP Policy
Orders will be ready for pickup Same Day or Next Day.​

Please wait for email notification confirming your order is ready for pickup before contacting us. Once you receive the notification, please *TEXT* 551-222-9351 with your NAME and ORDER NUMBER to confirm pickup time and address.
Damaged Items
For any items damaged while in transit, please be sure to send an email to 2xxclusivethebrand@gmail.com within the first 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged item(s) will then need to be returned to the address on the label (depending on item and damage), and we must receive it within 7 business days of delivery.
